Auto payment template
By creating a template, we get rid of the need to monitor the timely payment of utility bills, telephone, mobile and other bills. In addition, you can connect the automatic payment of accrued fines or loan payments. It remains only to replenish on time or simply monitor the balance of the card. If there is not enough money, the system will report this by sending an SMS to the phone number linked to the card.
Conditions for auto-replenishment of MTS balance
The auto payment procedure is as follows:
- the lower limit of the amount that can be on the mobile account is determined;
- when the amount approaches the limit, an automatic request is sent to the system;
- the bank writes off funds in a predetermined amount;
- after the funds are credited, a notification is sent to the phone. You can control the process in various ways, for example, through your Personal Account or from your mobile phone.
If there is not enough money in the account, a refusal occurs. After replenishing the account with the required amount, the procedure for automatic transfer of funds resumes.
You can create a template for auto payment to any number, including someone else's. You can work with automatic templates in many ways, for example, from a mobile phone, through a computer, at an ATM or a bank branch.
Connecting auto payment at a branch of Sberbank
You can connect Sberbank auto payments to an MTS mobile number at a branch. It is enough to take a passport and a plastic card with you.
In the department, you should approach a free employee and inform about the purpose of the visit. He will verify the identity of the documents and the card number. Within a few minutes, an auto payment connection will be made from a Sberbank card to an MTS number or to any other organizations.
Connection via ATM
In the ATM menu, select "Cellular communication", the desired provider (in this case, MTS) and fill out a small template form, setting the limit, payment amount, frequency. To confirm the identity, the system sends an SMS to the phone, which contains a one-time verification code. It must be sent to Sberbank. Documentary confirmation of the creation of the template is a printed check.
To disable auto payment, in the main menu of the ATM, select the "Information and Service" section, then go to the "Auto payment" subsection. The system will display the available templates. Select the one you want and click "Disable" next to it.
On the Sberbank page, you can get accurate information about the location of branches and ATMs.
